Type A Dual-Key combines a more complete family home with a separate private studio. Type B Triple-Key divides the same 1,033 sq ft into three more independent living spaces, each with its own access.

How many car parks come with a unit?

The official Type A Dual-Key plan includes two car parks. Type B Triple-Key units come with two or three car parks, depending on the selected unit.

When is Seiras expected to be completed?

Paramount Property currently states an expected completion year of 2028. Its June 2026 site update reported Level 38 structural works in progress.

What is close to Seiras Residences?
