Here’s how to compare the layouts. First, picture how you want to live: would everyone share one complete home, or would family members prefer some space of their own? Next, compare the rooms, bathrooms and entrances in the A–E plans. When you visit the show unit, walk through the living room, dining area and bedrooms to see whether the layout feels right. Both towers can be used for living; their positioning does not restrict that choice.

Single-Key is a complete home with shared living spaces. Dual-Key provides two relatively independent living areas within one unit, while Tri-Key provides three. These terms describe the layout, so it is still important to look at the actual floor plan.

Single-Key may suit a household that enjoys sharing a living room and dining table. Dual-Key is worth comparing when parents and adult children want to live close while keeping their own routines. For investment, Tower B’s Tri-Key layouts offer more ways to arrange the space. Potential tenants to research include engineers, technical professionals, expatriates, project staff and professionals sharing a home. A complete family unit may also appeal to couples and small families working in Batu Kawan.
